Joan Bratt is an Ohio based artist and illustrator. She studied classical realist drawing and painting at the Atelier Studio Program of Fine Art in Minneapolis, and later at Grand Central Atelier in New York. 

In spring of 2020, she moved to Northeast Ohio, and began establishing a farmstead with her sister, which has proved an endless source of inspiration. She is currently working on a children's picture book, a series of album covers, and collaborating on a folk-art furniture line.
